Showtime’s The Chi returns to television
Showtime’s acclaimed drama series, The Chi, is set to return for its seventh season on May 16, 2025. Subscribers to Paramount+ with Showtime can access the premiere on this date, while traditional Showtime cable viewers can tune in two days later on May 18.
Created by Lena Waithe, The Chi delves into the interconnected lives of residents on Chicago’s South Side, exploring themes of community, family, and personal struggle. Since its debut in 2018, the series has garnered praise for its authentic storytelling and complex characters.
